After finish the four assessment I
find myself fit into the enterprising group. So I think I might be better with
communicate with people and have my own or help other business with their
creativities. I like this idea because beaning an entrepreneur or a business
owner is my dream since I was a kid. I still remember when I was in fourth
grade my teacher ask all the students to talk about their dreams and my dream
was to be a boss. My dream has never changed. In addition, I had a small plan
that I design for myself after assessment. I will like to work as a teller in
the bank or as a sales person, then I believe I can work my way up to the
manager level because I do know that without any experiences in the real world
I cannot open my own business even I have money. Therefore, I will keep working
until I got all the experiences I need.
For the environment and lifestyle I pick the
three following, live in a house, have free time, and live near family. I think
it’s a little too good to be true because it people want to be want to be
successful, there will be sacrifice need to be make. Many successful people
sacrifice time with their family, time to sleep, and anything that they has to
just succeed. So I know if I want to be successful I will need to sacrifice
something, maybe my time with family, or my health; to work 13 or more hours to
just be ahead.
In the personality traits
identification two of the most important to me is clear-thinking and creative.
I think it is very important for me to stay in a clear-thinking mind all the
time because it is the only way to make a right decision and there is
consequence after very decision you make. So I need to be very careful with the
decision that I make. Creative is the real wealth for me. Everything in the
world is come from creative mind. Without creativities we will be still living
in the cave and didn’t know how to make a fire. Therefore, I will always try to
have a clear-thinking mind and think outside the box.
In the list of marketable skills two
of my skill is communicate wrath and care and memorize large amount of
information. I think this two skill can help me a lot in my future because
communicate is the best tool to build a strong relationship between people and
it can help me a lot in the future. I picked business internship as my first
chose and hotel as my second chose because I want to have a backup for my
future. Also I believe in hotel industry because more and more people stay to
travel to work or to do business in other city or state so hotel will be a very
be an industry that’s going up.
